In my last blog, I looked at the importance of building long term partnerships with our clients and how they can help us grow. In this blog, I’m looking at how partnerships with external organisations can help us give our customers more.
We pride ourselves on the wide variety of services we can offer to cour lients. Our extensive portfolio includes security officers, mobile services, graffiti removal, web based CCTV remote monitoring and remote monitoring.
The clients we work with need a high level of expertise and experience from their security provider, and our experience has taught us that the requirements of each clients are different. And from time to time they may need something more from their security supplier.
After listening to feedback we decided to take action and expand our service offering. The move will allow us to offer clients a complete package which is even more tailored to each their individual requirements, all backed by the same strong service-based ethos and intensive account management.
Our new services include luxury car hire, concierge and housekeeping services. The chauffeur service, for example, is aimed at the luxury market. We can provide up to 40 Mercedes Viano vehicles which seat 7 people, and can be used to transport high profile businessmen and celebrities. This service is ideal for clients who require trained and licensed security personnel, who are close protection experts, throughout their stay in the UK.
Expanding our portfolio of services is part of our long term strategy for growth. And when we saw that some clients were looking for additional concierge services alongside our traditional security offering we felt we were ideally placed to help them.
This is only possible through the partnerships we have developed with external companies. To ensure the highest standards are maintained, Magenta has many systems in place against which partners are checked and vetted – such as CRB and credit checks, as well as talking to other companies they have worked with. We operate a transparent system so our clients can see reports at any time, which helps build and maintain good working relationships.
