But Magenta’s commitment to standards goes beyond achieving recognised industry standards. Our BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems registration is proof that we are determined to maintain high standards; however we aim to exceed the industry standards of BS7499 & BS7858 to which we are registered and audited.
In addition, Magenta was the first manned guarding security company in Europe to achieve ISO 14000, and since then has been the industry leader on environmental issues. And much of our success in winning new business can be attributed to our environmental and CSR strategies.
Our employees are our asset and all members of staff have been able to study for NVQ Level 2/3 in relevant subjects. Staff are also separately trained based on clients requirements. Not only does this commitment lead to a safer working environment, but greater staff satisfaction and lower staff turnover. On average, the security industry has a 30% employee turnover.
